Make your twin from a selfie, or from your own height, weight, age and sex. Dress it as you like, turn it in 3D, and see your plans and the six pillars of your health on your own body.

Building your twin
Your phone’s front camera, with a guide. It checks the light and focus, and you confirm it’s you. Rather not? Your twin is built from your height, weight, age and sex instead, free.
The app makes a picture of you from your selfie, in your own build from your profile. Approve it, try again, or start over with another photo.
Approved, it’s made into a 3D figure of you. It takes a few minutes, and you can leave while it works. Made one of yourself elsewhere? Upload your own.
Drag to turn it, pinch to zoom, download it. Dress your twin as you like, and see you at your best: a second figure, fitter and stronger.
Lines from your body to each of your plans, the six pillars round you, and what research found beside your own numbers. Nothing on it is graded, and you’re never compared with anyone.
Two ways to make it

With Plus
Made from a selfie, in your own build, then in 3D. Turn it, zoom in, download it, and make up to three a month. Or upload a 3D figure of yourself made elsewhere.
You at your best
Beside how you are now: a fitter, stronger you, made the same way. Something to aim for, as your scores climb.
What it shows
Lines from your body to each of your plans; your top goals, each with its check-in’s last seven days; the habits with the most room to grow; and the six pillars, each with its own number.
Each pillar has a page of its own: a fitness estimate, the balance and chair tests, your Mediterranean diet score, the Brain Speed Challenge, each said as you answered it, with where it came from and when, and what research found in groups of people beside your own number.
