Features · Wearables
All your wearables, in one place.
Your ring, your band, your scales and your blood pressure monitor each keep their numbers in their own app. Connect them to My Lifestyle Hub, and they sit together, beside your check-ins, your plans and your twin.
Connecting a wearable comes with Plus.

Yours
Against your own usual.
- Your own numbers, beside your own recent usual. No norms, nothing coloured for good or bad, no alerts.
- Shown only to you. Nobody watches them. Your practice sees a device only if you connect it through a link your practice sends you.
- Ask Ernie. “What’s my resting heart rate doing?” He reads it from your own numbers, with when it was taken. What it means for you is a question for your GP.
